1. What does the "Ready To Wear" option mean?  Ready To Wear are items that have no wait time. Order the item today and it's shipped out next business day.
2. Do you do refunds? No, I do not do refunds, however I can do exchanges on unworn merchandise (as long as the item is available needed is available upon request) PLEASE SEE RETURNS AND SHIPPING.
3. My outfit/item is too big/small, how do I exchange it? Please contact me to verify I have the same item in the size you need. PLEASE SEE SHIPPING AND RETURNS.  
4. What do I do if I need a handmade or custom item rushed? Please contact me to see if I can rush your item and within the timeframe you need it.
5. What if I need a size that's unavailable in a READY TO WEAR item? Please be patient as I try to keep all sizes stocked. Please be mindful to check and make sure the item is not marked as LIMITED EDITION or LIMITED QUANTITY (once those items are sold out there will be no more) .
